British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Invoice Controlling Analysr in Bucharest

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Able to understand how SRM / COUPA platform works and apply all its functionalities timely and accurate (Create, Good Receipt, Analyses for POs)
  • Understand the impact of Vendor Open items and how GRIR should work and take actions accordingly in order to reduce the outstanding items
  • Performing reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner, as requested by Management, and driving Vendor Open and Overdue items reduction (whenever the case)
  • Performing additional daily/weekly/monthly tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Assist GBS Accounts Payable clerks and EMs one - as part of improvement/automation journey
  • Maintains task level descriptions or process manuals for PT Invoice Controlling, to ensure documentations are up-to-date and complete, and in line with latest BAT Printing Processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Good command of English spoken and written
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1+ year work experience in Finance / Accounting department is preferred
