British American Tobacco Finland has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Executive in Helsinki

We are establishing a brand new organisation in Finland therefore currently looking for a Key Account Executive who wants to join us on this exciting journey. You will be joining our newly established Finnish business unit with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and objectives to create true value to our Nordic business.

The role is responsible for demonstrating BAT’s global position within locally based organised accounts in order to establish outstanding key account management in BAT.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse historical performance and expected future in order to classify accounts
  • Measure & analyse BAT and competitors’ performance in accounts
  • Analyse BAT demand side and supply side business performance in accounts
  • Support the implementation of account plans. Directly manage the implementation of account plans for assigned accounts to ensure that volume / profit objectives per account are achieved through the most efficient use of resources
  • Provide input in identifying and developing future business opportunities with accounts
  • Manage consumer demand issues in accounts’ retail execution for the category
  • Collect and analyse data of accounts
  • Control financial documents of each account and ensure that all required docs are aligned with the accounting department

What are we looking for?

  • A University degree in Marketing, Business or Business Information and minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing/ category management related functions
  • Experience from FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • IT skills at advanced level
  • You are bold, curious and resilient and you learn quickly and share learnings
  • You are responsible and think long term and deliver outstanding results
  • Require driving Licence. The candidate can expect customer visits.
