ROLE SUMMARY

Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as an Entry Level Manager in our Global Business Solutions (GBS) HR organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support key HR initiatives in one of the HR COEs (Recruitment, HR Operations & Quality) and leverage insights to inform overall HR strategies.
  • Support the design and implementation of GBS HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Deliver assigned project at a high-level through collaboration and self-leadership.
  • Investigate and analyze more complex issues and defer to higher tiers of support as appropriate.
  • Assist in the implementation of end-to-end solutions across service lines.
  • Contribute in continuous improvement projects across the hire-to-retire area.

YOU COULD BE THE NEXT GLOBAL GRADUATE IF YOU:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Process Improvement, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Psychology.
  • Possess up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Have strong analytical skills – experience in working with data.
  • Are looking for an international career and speak English fluently.
  • Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
  • Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
  • Are open to relocate globally.
