BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER – VIETNAM CLUSTER

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Responsible for planning of Imported WMS (Wrapping Materials), Leaf for BAT factories and BAT customer factories (License factories, filter making factory). Agree with above market and local team to ensure shipment OTIF.
- Monthly/Weekly scheduling for factories and DRP (Distribution Replenishment) for FGs (Finished Goods) to MDPDs (Master distributors & Province distributors) in nationwide Vietnam based on market demand whilst complying with stock holding policy and optimizing the warehouse capacity.
- Lead the imported FGs (Finished Goods) to Cambodia market based on market demand whilst aligning with stock holding policy.
- Responsible for risk analysis on supply vs demand, coordination & simulation of scenario planning to propose viable plan & alternatives for decision making;
- Working closely with above market planning to ensure balanced imported WMS Leaf and FGs supply with calculated risks and continue improve supply chain performance (cost, cash, delivery)
- Key contributor to deliver IWS way of working & continuous improvement initiatives under Supply Network Pillar.
- Project team member for NPIs and other ad hoc projects relevant to Supply chain to ensure OTIF delivery
- Mentor & drive the warehouse team at factories to deliver the business targets/critical metrics
- Build strong collaborative working relationships within Functional Leadership Team
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG multi-national company, working in similar scope
- English, Vietnamese Proficient
- Ability to co-ordinate with different internal/external senior stakeholders to drive agenda
- Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with people at all levels, a phenomenal teammate and yet can work independently
- Able to perform in high pressure environment
- Sound digital literacy (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
