REPORTS TO:                           Production Engineering Manager

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Manage overall PMD (Primary Manufacturing Division) & DIET maintenance on both business & the people by developing maintenance strategy, Primary Processing, IWS implementation and develop people capability align with the IWS Phase 3 Beyond requirement (both of Production Engineering and Production Team).

Review and tracking all PMD PE KPI and drive team to follow up for red KPI and Reapplication.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Leading maintenance management in DIET and PMD by developing maintenance strategy for all type of maintenance (TbM, RtF and CbM).
• Develop or improve Primary processing in PMD & DIET while managing the team performance and ensuring capability development for team.
• Ensure aspects of EHS by implementation all DMS (Daily Management System) in the Primary Area.
• Ensure implementation of Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar with all related DMS in the cell as per plan.
• Maintain and review Maintenance machine cost for PMD and DIET
• Collaborate with other function to manage and deliver Project on-time base using proper Project Management align with initiatives management (IM) Pillar.
• Develop people capabilities plan for IWS, Leadership and Technical capability align with the skill matrix.
• Periodic review skill matrix by conduct assessment to Maintenance PMD & DIET Team

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Desirably Masters / Bachelor’s graduate caliber in Engineering.
• At least 3 - 5 years’ of experience Process and Maintenance in Primary Tobacco Manufacturing in Managerial Level.
• Knowledge in IWS with focus on PM pillar (Open+/TPM)
• Experience in Quality management, Waste management, Project Management and Loss Elimination required.
• Experience in detail process of PMD (Primary Manufacturing Division) machine technology and maintenance of machineries.
