British American TobaccoItaly has an exciting opportunity for an External Communication Intern in Rome
As an External Communication Intern you will have the opportunity to work on strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.
- Support in the creation of communication materials such as brochures, presentations, and press releases and also the editing of content for corporate social media and website.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas, supporting the preparation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze media output and prepare press review and perform administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
- Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs team in the execution of routine/daily tasks
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and basic knowledge of Canva and Photoshop is considered a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills and desire to build rapport with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Positive attitude and desire to work collaboratively with a team with excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
- Fluency in Italian and English language
