BAT has currently an exciting new opportunity for a Global Graduate Programme candidates in the Finance Department to be based in our Rome office!

As a Finance Global Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate around different finance streams and will be active in the growth of the following areas:
- Commercial Finance:
- Analysis and tracking of Marketing Budgets;
- Spending Effectiveness Analysis;
- Supporting in Marketing Budget Allocation Process;
- Multicategory Pricing & Excise Initiatives;
- Competitive landscape analysis and benchmarking.
- Corporate Finance:
- P&L variance analysis;
- Supporting in Overheads allocation Process;
- Cashflow analysis.
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge to make a real difference:
- are looking for an international career in Finance
- graduated in 2023 or 2024 with at least a Bachelor degree or a Merit Masters; preferably in Economics, Finance, Management or similar
- are driven, ambitious and proactive
- are an inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
- manage to combine an analytical mindset and a creative problem-solving approach
- Excellent in MS Excel
- are internationally mobile
- speak English fluently
