We are looking for a B2B Digital Channel Trade Marketing Executive to join our Business Development Team for BAT. As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for leading key workstreams across multiple categories. The B2B Executive will develop and implement a range of strategic initiatives that will turn BAT into an Indispensable Partner of our Independent Retailers. The role holder is expected to put the Independent Retailers at the heart of everything she/he will be doing and to ensure that a win-win mindset is incorporated across the wider Trade Team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ownership of ecommerce website to further grow customer base, frequency of purchases and basket size.
  • Monthly feedback collection from internal stakeholders to improve eCommerce website and to build strategies and tools for implementation across combustibles and new categories
  • Create and develop new concepts of retailer engagements and activities to build and maintain relationships.
  • Support the creation of integrated B2B campaigns to maximise retailer engagement in line with brand plans
  • Creation and maintenance of performance reports and trackers to provide Sales Insights, including market trends and overviews, combined with relevant ad-hoc analysis
  • Reveal trends within B2B platforms and recommend actions to capitalize on identified opportunities

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's Degree from any relevant disciplinary (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics)
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant area (content management systems, web analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms, trade marketing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High organisational, practising and adaptation skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Operational effectiveness, time management and organizational skills
  • Drives change, eager to make a difference and challenges the status quo if needed
  • Customer centric and able to influence positive change
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
