ROLE SUMMARY

BAT is looking for an experienced B2B Digital Manager to lead digital strategies and campaign execution across key markets. If you have a passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and driving business growth through innovative B2B engagement, this role is for you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • B2B Digital Operations Management: Manage a team and oversee the execution of  B2B Digital plan within platform and oversee activities within platform such as : E-commerce Sales Planning, Product Assortment Targeting, Promotion & Discounting, Loyalty Program Management, and Retailer Compliance Activities.
  • Cross function & stakeholders management: Liaising with stakeholders for collaboration and ensure digital operation & execution requirements delivered.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of all operational tasks, reports, and key deliverables. Oversee resource planning and  fostering a motivated, high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analysis & Insight: Ensure the timely delivery of accurate reports and actionable insights that drive strategic planning, business growth, and continuous improvement for the organization. Leverage data-driven analysis to support decision-making and enhance overall B2B digital operations.
  • Digital Innovation & E-commerce Trends: Stay ahead of digital and e-commerce trends to drive innovation and engagement.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 7-8 years of experience in B2B digital planning, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership in managing digital marketing teams and projects.
  • Expertise in CRM tools, digital platforms, and analytics (Adobe Commerce, Google/Adobe Analytics preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
