British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Brand Advocate in Warsaw

The role will support the delivery of the DBS Hub's communications strategy at site level (Poland Hub). This role will ensure the effective and efficient landing of strategic key messages and global campaigns and provide communication support to the Site Leadership Team, local Talent & Culture, and various partners. The Internal Brand Advocate will coordinate internal events in DBS hubs and drive the integration of multi-channel internal communications, using various formats (video, emails, blogs, intranet, presentations, newsletters, digital displays, etc.) to ensure that success stories and key messages are properly promoted across all relevant touchpoints, driving employee engagement.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement the internal communication plan for the Poland Hub, aligning with the Global Brand Advocacy strategy and receiving input from the local Leadership Team.
  • Develop diverse content for internal communication channels, including social media, blogs, brochures, announcements, infographics, animations, and videos, with the Digital Content Manager's support.
  • Manage and publish tailored content on social media platforms, adapting to the cultural and linguistic needs of various hubs while identifying target groups and improving communication impact.
  • Organize internal events, such as town halls and celebrations, by coordinating agendas, content, flow, speakers, and logistics with the Facilities team and ensuring memorable experiences.
  • Provide essential communication support for key initiatives, projects, senior team member visits, and Talent & Culture programs, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team on creative campaigns to enhance employee engagement, adopt standard methodologies from industry trends, and align internal and external communication efforts.
  • Drive transparent communications and stakeholder engagement, foster collaboration among communication teams across locations, and manage relationships with external vendors to implement communication plans efficiently.
  • Manage the local communications budget effectively, continuously optimizing activities for consistency and efficiency, while ensuring measurable results and alignment with organizational objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • 5-6 years in multinational corporations with multicultural teams in a matrix structure with proven ability to coordinate activities and manage complexity effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Creativity in developing and driving employee engagement campaigns and internal communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools for content tailored to social/digital channels (e.g., infographics, animations, videos).
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to enhance content creation.
  • End-to-end (E2E) management of both in-person and online events, including design, agenda creation, speaker coaching, and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to motivate diverse partners.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of multicultural communication and diversity principles.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, change management principles, email marketing tools, and crisis communication strategies.
