WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop and implement data driven equipment action plans to improve equipment performance across three shifts.
  • Provide technical solutions, leadership, and support for Area personnel.
  • Participate and lead equipment maintenance portion of the daily area performance planning meeting.
  • Responsible for defined equipment KPI’s associated with improvement efforts.
  • Identify and resolve equipment deviations and breakdowns.
  • Conduct Audits to ensure processes and equipment settings are being followed and controlled. 
  • Perform procedures and work assignments in keeping with company policy, safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Attend and participate in job related and management directed meetings, including meetings with equipment vendors and others related to equipment and/or processes used in the Primary or Tobacco Processing production areas. (Maint. Mgr., Lead Tech)

The successful Maintenance Analyst candidate will have a solid working knowledge of manufacturing operations and maintenance procedures and requirements. Selection for this job will not be based on seniority but will be based on demonstrated abilities, knowledge, and experience.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, personal leadership, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Ability and commitment to drive change in the organization · Leadership skills possessing the ability to lead a small project team · Interpersonal collaboration skills · Effective communication skill, both written and oral, at all levels within the organization and with external vendors · Ability to present to small groups
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and information · Strong knowledge and ability to use Windows based software, and MS Office Professional Suite. · Advanced knowledge of MS Excel · Ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendation. Strong problem-solving skills

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
