BAT IS LOOKING FOR A Consumer Experience Executive

LOCATION:Croatia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Consumer experience executive will be responsible for the constant development, enhancements, and performance of our consumer engagement activities, including CRM and loyalty program in  Croatia. The role involves coordinating the deployment and improvement of diverse activities for our loyal consumers with a goal to increase consumers database and retain existing consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ownership of the constant development and performance of CRM activities, like direct communication and loyalty program
  • Creation of integrated loyalty activities cycle plan integrated with end market plans.
  • Alignment with local end market, Legal, regional teams regarding direction and plans
  • Suppliers’ management for the technical deployment and improvement
  • Management of creative agency for delivering of visual identity of loyalty program and look and feel of activities inclu direct communication via mails, sms,  and chat bot.
  • Rewards management – enabling smoothness functioning of rewarding schemes.
  • Reporting and analysis – areas of success and areas for improvement
  • Budget management both for enhancement and rewards budget
  • Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Ensuring the achievement of key success indicators, set by the line manager.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Education: University degree, preferably in marketing
  • At least two years of working experience in the field of marketing, specifically in the deployment and development of digital services preferably field of loyalty programs
  • Strong project management skills with high self-organization and reliability
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving challenges and leveraging data to drive insights
  • Flexibility and motivation to thrive in a dynamic market environment
  • Affinity for new media and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends
  • Deep understanding of both back-end and front-end processes and technologies
  • Proficiency in English and Croatian
