Reports to: ADRIA Head of Finance
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager you are expected to provide high-quality financial information and commercial insights to the business to support strategic decision making that enables achievement of company strategy and business objectives for Adria Cluster and its markets
- Pricing and excise strategy delivery
- Effective Resource Allocation
- NTO and APFO growth of Combustible and New Categories
- Simplify, automate and speed-up processes
- Finance talent development
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Propose cross-category pricing and excise strategy to support value creation by combining different robust excise, pricing, promotion and customer investment strategies.
- Ensure Revenue and Marketing Investment targets are met, sensitivities are highlighted and mitigation plans prepared
- Leads long-term strategic financial plan for Cluster, markets and categories with an overview of internally assumed industry outlook
- Leads activities with the objectives of finding new insights adding value to commercial business
- Ensure compliance with both external and internal governance and guidelines
- Drives process simplification by exploring the use of new technology in everyday tasks
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams across the Cluster and Area, end markets and the Region.
- Lead and motivate team, coach & develop talent and promote their business & leadership skills improvement
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 5+ years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- University degree in field of (Business) Economics, CIMA/ACCA will be advantage
- Experience in strategic analysis and planning, performance metrics, risk management, project evaluation, commercial acumen and decision making.
- Solid understanding of RGM and data analytics
- Good understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, such as SAP, BPC
- Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; presentation skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Power Point)
- Business English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, persuasive, creative, collaborative and consultative
- Proven management skills (leading people), especially in developing talents with high potential
