Manage the end-to-end process of contracts for suppliers working with the US Procurement Team.

Process the creation and changes of Purchase Info Records for US End Market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for suppliers working with the United States Procurement Team.
• Creation and accurate follow up of tickets related to iCertis or DocuSign platforms.
• Ensure 100% Compliance in the end-to-end process.
• Creation / Update of Purchasing Infor Record for MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) materials in ECC.

What are we looking for?

• Strong Communication Skills
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong partnership with the US Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
