BAT PAKISTANIS LOOKING FOR A BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Brand Development Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the New Product Initiatives by working closely with the brand strategic unit and New Product Initiatives team to deliver the projects as per the teams’ strategic intent. The Brand Development Manager will have ownership of delivering all projects and managing all senior stakeholders as well as ensure timely resolution of any bottlenecks for the team to deliver on plans.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- End-to-End delivery of the New Product Initiatives Project with follow ups and project management with managers on more complex projects
- Ensure to deliver projects in an agile manner and facilitate the team to deliver as per expected timelines
- Periodic update and analysis of project status for senior management
- Timely resolution of critical issues by routing them to the necessary forums
- Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for all projects with all collaborators.
- Manage the team to ensure effective delivery of projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing or Brand
- Strong analytics skills
- Ability to maintain good relationship with cross functional team member
- High organisation skills
- Strong partner management skills
- Good time management skills
- Graduate in marketing management or finance.
