JOB TITLE: Brand Development Executive

FUNCTION: Brand & Activation

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The Brand Development Executive will be responsible for assisting the delivery of the New Product Initiatives working closely with the GBS Brand Development Manager G35, brand strategic unit as well as the Ops NPI team to deliver the projects as per the teams’ strategic intent. The Brand Development executive G34 will have ownership of delivering all assigned projects for EM that are to be served and managing all senior stakeholders as well as ensuring timely resolution of any bottlenecks along the way of projects for timely delivery

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • E2E delivery of the NPI Project with follow ups, coordination and project management with NPI managers on more complex projects
  • Escalation to the right forums to ensure bottlenecks are resolved in time.
  • Managing RAID ( Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for assigned NPI projects with all the stakeholders
  • Manage the NPI deployment team to ensure effective delivery

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong project management skills

  • Good time management skills
  • A graduate in Marketing Business Management.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in marketing and brand roles.
  • Analytical and data-driven but also able to think and act creatively from a problem solving stand point.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data, build relation amongst the data points and plug them in to drive solutions during the coarse of a project.
  • Agile to learn BAT WOW and equally eager to become hands on with organizations’ internal systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company.
